Ingredients
• Light tuna in oil

• Milk cream 35% fat
• Chicken broth

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Remove the skin from the beans. Add tuna, miso and chicken broth.
STEP 2:
Blend until a consistent texture. Whip the cold milk cream. Add the tuna in and stir.
STEP 3:
Drain the oil from the anchovies and cut them into small cubes. Add the anchovies to the mousse and stir. Cut the celery into small pieces to dip.
