• Piparras
• Piquillo peppers

STEP 1:
Cut the piquillo pepper into strips and set aside. Cut piparras into small pieces and set aside. Open a can of tuna belly and set aside.

STEP 2:
Place a corn tortilla as a base. Add lamb\’s lettuce, pieces of tuna belly . Layer with strips of piquillo pepper, piparras and top it with some mayonnaise.

STEP 3:

Garnish with sprouts.
