• Beluga lentils
• Country chickpeas
• Sardines in olive oil
• Corn Tortillas 
• Tahini
• Lemon
• Olive oil, Garlic, Salt 
• Peppers
• Cumin

Step-by-Step Guide

STEP 1:
Put chickpeas, a clove of chopped garlic and a pinch of cumin, paprika, salt, a tablespoon of tahini, olive oil and a little squeezed lemon in a blender and blend. Remove 1/2 and set aside.

Step 2:
Add beetroot into the remaining chickpea hummus into the blender and blend again. Remove and set aside.

STEP 3:
Put lentils into a clean blender. Add a clove of chopped garlic and a pinch of cumin, paprika, salt, a tablespoon of tahini, olive oil and a little squeezed lemon in a blender and blend.

STEP 4:
Open the can of sardines and set aside. Dish the chickpea, beet and lentil hummus onto a corn tortilla separately. Place the sardines on them and garnish with a little paprika.
