Ingredients
• Clams or White clams
• Tomato
• Lime
• Cilantro
• Red pepper

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Peel the tomato, cut and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes and set aside.
STEP 2:
Cut the red onion into julienne strips and add it to a bowl. Open the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into thin slices.
STEP 3:
Add the tomato , chili and cilantro. Cut finely.
STEP 4:
Open the can of clams and set aside.
Squeeze in a little lime juice in a deep dish and add in olive oil and some juice from the can. Add the clams in and mix.
STEP 5:
Serve after 5 minutes of maceration.
