Ingredients
• Sardines in olive oil
• Romesco sauce
• Cuttlefish ink
• Angel hair noodles, 350g
• Fish broth, 800ml
• Fresh arichokes
• Olive oil
• Chopped parsley

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Pour the sardine oil into the pan. Fry the noodles until golden brown. Strain the noodles to remove the oil.
STEP 2:
Peel and cut the artichokes. Remove the bitter hairs from the center. Brown the artichokes over high heat.
STEP 3:
Add salt and black pepper. Add Romesco Espinaler Sauce. Stir and add cuttlefish ink.
STEP 4:
Put the cooked noodlesinto the pan and add the hot broth. Add the Espinaler Sardines. Put in the oven at 200 °. Remove when the noodles rise.
