• Natural mussels
• Fish broth, 40cl
• Garlic, 1 clove
• Half an onion
• Crushed tomato, 1 spoon
• Parsley

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Open 2 cans of Espinaler Mussels. Pour the fish broth into a saucepan. Pour in the mussels\’ water and half a bottle of cava and bring to a boil.
STEP 2:
Fry the chopped garlic for a minute and then add in the chopped onion and salt and fry for another minute. Pour in the crushed tomato and stir. Add the rice and toast it. Add the hot broth and stir.
STEP 3:
Let the broth simmer and absorbed by the rice. Add mussels to the cooked rice. Garnish with parsley.
