• Piparras
• Cucumber

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and chop some spring onion into a bowl.
STEP 2: Cut the piparras into small pieces. Chopped some fresh cilantro and set aside. Open the can of razor clams and set aside.
STEP 3:
Add in the razor clams with their juice and squeeze some lime juice into it together with a pinch of salt. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, pieces of piparras, fresh cilantro, sea lettuce and ground pepper.
STEP 4:
Mix and let it marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
