Rice with Squid Ink
Ingredients
• Squid in their ink
• Squid in olive oil
• Artichoke hearts
• All I oil sauce
• Chopped 1/2 an onion
• Glass of white wine
• White rice
• Fish stock
• Olive oil
• Parsley

Step-by-Step Guide
STEP 1:
Cut the artichokes into halves and slice the squid in their ink and set aside.
STEP 2:
Pour olive oil into a frying pan or saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Stir fry for a minute and then add the rice in. Stir to toast the rice.
STEP 3:
Pour half a glass of white wine in and stir until the alcohol evaporates. Add the squid in their ink and all its juice. Pour in the fish stock and increase the heat to medium-high.
STEP 4:
Mix well and leave it for 8 minutes on medium-high heat. After 8 minutes, lower the heat to low. Add the chopped parsley.
STEP 5:
After 7 minutes, turn off the heat and place the artichokes. Cover with a cloth and let stand for 4 minutes. Serve on plate and place squid in olive oil on it. Add All I Oli sauce to taste.
