Guacamole Tacos with Sardines

Ingredients

• Sardines in olive oil
• Piparras
• Corn tortillas
• Avacado
• Tomato
• Pickled onion
• Lime 
• Cilantro 
• Grenade
• Tabasco

Exquisite Gastronomic Creation: Guacamole Tacos with Sardines

Step-by-Step Guide

STEP 1:
Remove the tomato skin and its seeds. Cut into small pieces and set aside.

STEP 2:
Cut the piparras into small pieces and set aside.

STEP 3:
Next, remove the avocado from it\’s skin and seed, cut into pieces and mash it up to make the guacamole. Add freshly squeezed line juice, salt and a dash of Espinaler sauce.

STEP 4:
Chop up some cilantro and set aside. Get some pomegranate seeds and pickled onions ready and set aside..

STEP 5:

Opened a can of sardines in olive oil and prepare the tapas! Place a tablespoon of guacamole onto a corn tortilla. Place some tomatoes, piparras, pickled onion, cilantro and top it off with 2 pieces of sardines. Garnish with a sprinkle of pomegranate.
